Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Center Operations Technician at careerzynith, your day-to-day work will blend hands-on hardware expertise, network operations, and collaborative problem-solving. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Infrastructure Deployment and Maintenance: Contribute to and lead efforts and projects focused on the deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support of current and next-generation data center infrastructure. You'll work on installations, upgrades, and expansions that keep our operations scalable and resilient.
- Technical Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Participate in or lead troubleshooting sessions to resolve critical or escalated technical issues. You'll be the technical expert who steps in when complex problems arise, using your analytical skills and technical knowledge to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
- Hardware Testing and Validation: Test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs, providing valuable feedback to engineering teams. Your real-world insights will help shape the future of our infrastructure.
