Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Entry & BPM Framework Administrator to join our dynamic careerzynith IT team. This full‑time, work‑from‑home role focuses on the administration, support, and optimization of IBM Business Process Management (BPM) platforms, ensuring that critical business workflows run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW environments, including application servers, web servers, and middleware components.
- Perform routine system tasks such as server provisioning, patching, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages to streamline repetitive administrative tasks.
- Monitor system health using tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Instana, and custom dashboards; proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to implement configuration changes, deploy new releases, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration baselines, change logs, and impact analyses for all BPM‑related activities.

- Provide 24/7 on‑call support on a rotating basis, including weekend and holiday coverage, to address critical production issues.

- Assist in the planning and execution of disaster‑recovery drills and business‑continuity testing for BPM services.
- Engage with vendors and third‑party support teams to troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate escalations.
- Participate in project meetings, communicate status updates, and flag potential risks or dependencies to project managers.
Essential Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands‑on experience as a BPM Framework Administrator, specifically with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or IBM BPM.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing UNIX/Linux (RHEL 7/8) environments.
- Proficiency with middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, Apache, and DB2.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Instana) and the ability to create custom dashboards.
- Experience with automation and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for routine administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of web server configuration, load testing, and performance analysis.
