Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
- Process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and Stock Purchase Plan (SPP) matching ratio awards.
- Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and SPP activities—to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Support the equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery process and SPP enrollment activities.
- Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
