Key Responsibilities
Core Equity Administration Tasks
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based LTI plans, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSU), and Restricted Stock Units (RSU).
- Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock option matching awards with meticulous attention to detail.
- Review equity transaction activity—such as option exercises, RSU releases, and stock purchase plan (SPP) enrollments—to ensure accurate timing, pricing, and reporting.
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, payroll partners, and other stakeholders, delivering clear and timely resolutions.
- Support the administration of equity‑based LTI award delivery processes, including enrollment, amendment, and termination activities.
- Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports that inform operational improvements and strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect evolving regulatory requirements and best practices.

Essential Qualifications
