Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and technology teams to gather and refine functional requirements for VOC data pipelines.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data models that support both batch and real‑time analytics using Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Spark, and Python.
- Perform high‑volume data entry and validation tasks through live‑chat platforms, ensuring a 99.9% accuracy rate.
