Key Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction: Greet patients (virtually or in‑store), answer product and service inquiries, and resolve concerns to ensure a seamless, pleasant experience.
- Support the Pharmacist: Work under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to assist with dispensing, inventory checks, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Essential Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (required for all U.S. locations).
