Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data within company databases and computer systems.
* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
* Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
* Scan documents and print files when required.
* Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
* Adhere to data integrity and security policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar data-focused role is preferred. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with administrative duties and standard office equipment is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
