Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Transfer data from paper documents, digital files, audio recordings, and scanned images into designated databases, spreadsheets, and electronic record systems with high accuracy.
- Enter information into appropriate fields, ensuring proper categorization, formatting, and tagging for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Handle numerical data with precision, including creating, updating, and maintaining complex spreadsheets containing large datasets.
- Curate and transcribe data directly from verbal recordings, interviews, dictations, and voice memos into structured text formats.
- Update existing databases, records, and files with new information as it becomes available, ensuring real-time accuracy across all systems.
- Identify, correct, and modify inaccurate files, records, and entries; flag inconsistencies for further review when necessary.
