Position Overview

careerzynith is seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our growing Remote Data Entry team. As a Data Entry Specialist you will be the backbone of our document production pipeline, ensuring that every legal filing—whether a summons, subpoena, or motion—is accurately captured, verified, and ready for delivery to our network of process servers. This full‑time, remote role is open to candidates residing in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina. You will work closely with our Quality Control (QC) crew, client service managers, and technology teams to maintain the highest standards of data integrity and compliance.
