The successful candidate will be based in the Philippines and will work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM London time (CST, UTC+8). We understand that time zone differences can be challenging, so we are happy to allow you to start a couple of hours early or finish a couple of hours later if that helps align better with your personal schedule. Once you are fully trained and we have established a foundation of trust, approximately 30% of your tasks can be completed at any time, giving you additional flexibility in how you structure your workday. We may use Hubstaff time tracking software to monitor productivity and performance during working hours, ensuring transparency and fairness for everyone on the team.
