Job Title: Remote Inside Sales Representative (Home Care – Warm Leads)
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Compensation: $40,000–$45,000 Base Salary+ Uncapped Commission (OTE up to $90,000)
About the Role
This is a true inside sales role —not operations, not care coordination.
We are a fast-growing home care company looking for hungry, commission-driven closers to convert warm inbound leads into active clients. If you’ve sold mortgages, real estate, insurance, or any high-volume phone-based product , this will feel familiar.
No home care experience required.
This is about sales ability, urgency, and follow-up .
How the Sales Process Works
• Leads come in through online marketing (no prospecting required)
• Initial qualification is handled by an overseas team
• You receive pre-screened leads ready for conversion
• Your job: educate, build urgency, and close
You’ll guide prospective clients through available home care options and move them toward starting services.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handle a high volume of inbound + follow-up calls
• Take ownership of your lead pipeline and conversion goals
• Clearly explain home care options and next steps
• Drive prospects to commit and begin services
• Follow up aggressively—this is where deals are won
• Track activity and progress in CRM
This role requires persistence, urgency, and comfort closing over the phone
Compensation
• Base Salary: $40,000 – $45,000
• Quarterly Commission Structure:
10 starts of care/month ~$3,750 per quarter
15 starts of care/month ~$7,500 per quarter
22 starts of care/month ~$11,250 per quarter
• On-Target Earnings:
• Average performer: ~$55K–$65K
• Strong performer: ~$70K–$85K
• Top performer: ~$90K+
Who We’re Looking For
• Proven sales experience REQUIRED (inside sales, call center, mortgage, real estate, insurance, etc.)
• Track record of hitting quotas and closing deals
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
• Highly motivated by commission and performance
• Strong follow-up discipline (you don’t let leads go cold)
• Confident communicator with a strong phone presence
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience in healthcare or home care
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Remote sales experience
Work Environment
• 100% remote (work from home)
• Must be based in the USA
• Structured system with CRM and defined process
• Reports to Director of Intake
What Success Looks Like
• Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly “starts of care” targets
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management
High conversion rates from qualified lead active client
• Ability to manage volume while staying organized
