Remote Outbound Sales Development Representative

Job Summary LeadClarify is currently onboarding a small number (1–3) of ambitious appointment setters and SDRs during this scaling phase. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity for individuals who want: • uncapped earning potential • long-term growth opportunities • outbound sales experience • and the ability to grow inside a rapidly scaling AI-powered revenue and client acquisition company. You will be helping generate and qualify opportunities for high-ticket offers by speaking with business owners, starting conversations, identifying pain points, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team. This is NOT a traditional low-growth appointment setting role. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, SMS, email, and other channels • Start conversations with business owners and qualify leads • Book qualified appointments for closers • Follow outreach systems and messaging frameworks • Maintain CRM and pipeline updates • Communicate consistently with the sales team • Maintain follow-up sequences with prospects • Help improve outreach performance and appointment conversion rates Requirements • Strong English communication skills • Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, SDR work, outbound outreach, or sales preferred • Comfortable speaking with prospects and business owners • Self-motivated and able to work independently remotely • Comfortable in performance-driven environments • Strong consistency, accountability, and urgency • Coachable and adaptable • Comfortable using CRM systems and communication platforms • Startup mentality with willingness to grow long term Compensation & Growth Opportunity This is a performance-based opportunity with: • commissions • bonuses • long-term growth potential • and advancement opportunities for strong performers. Compensation scales based on: • appointments booked • appointment quality • consistency • communication • and overall performance. Realistic earning potential: • Early stage: ~$1.5K–$4K+ • Strong performers: ~$5K–$8K+ • Long-term growth potential through closing and leadership opportunities.
