Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Partner (SDP) to join our team. This is a commission-only role focused on selling SafeSpace subscriptions to organizations. As an SDP, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting the value of SafeSpace.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and fit of potential clients to ensure they align with SafeSpace’s value proposition.
• Present and Demonstrate: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of SafeSpace.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions.
• Close Sales: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the client.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to earn commission.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Previous experience in selling HR Tech products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
