Job Description:
• Make 80-100 calls a day to warm leads that completed their business registration through our company.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and business goals.
• Position financial and technical solutions such as business loans, payment processing, banking services, and website building to address client pain points.
• Clearly explain complex financial and technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly way.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring revenue and loyalty.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to track progress and performance.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
• Foundational financial acumen, with understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
• Basic familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website building platforms.
• Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus but not a must.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong business acumen.
