We are looking for a Sales Development Representative US to help us accelerate growth in one of our most important expansion markets. This is not a traditional SDR role focused only on activity volume. We are looking for someone who combines strong execution with strategic thinking, knows how to engage modern B2B buyers, and wants to play a foundational role in building our US market presence.
In this role, you will work closely with senior sales leadership, partner directly with Account Executives, and help shape how IntegrityNext scales in the US. You will create qualified pipeline, bring structure and market feedback into our go-to-market motion, and represent IntegrityNext professionally across digital and in-person prospect interactions.
What can you expect?
Build qualified pipeline in the US marketOwn and drive qualified pipeline creation across the US market
Engage and qualify inbound leads with speed, quality, and strong commercial judgment
Proactively identify and approach target accounts through outbound prospecting
Build thoughtful, multi-threaded outreach strategies across stakeholders and buying committees
Use CRM and sequencing tools consistently and professionally to manage outreach, reporting, and follow-up
Partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market teamsCollaborate closely with the VP Sales and Account Executives to ensure high-quality handovers and strong conversion into pipeline
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to improve messaging, campaigns, and targeting
Share market feedback, prospect insights, and ideas that help us continuously improve our SDR motion
Help build and refine our US go-to-market approach as an early and foundational member of the team
Represent IntegrityNext in the marketEngage prospects professionally across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Represent IntegrityNext at selected events, trade shows, and in-person prospect interactions
Contribute beyond day-to-day execution by helping us understand what resonates with US buyers and where we can improve our approach
What should you bring along?
Experience & Domain FocusAt least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally in an SDR, BDR, or similar pipeline generation role
Experience engaging prospects across inbound and outbound motions
A strong interest in helping build a market and contributing to a growing US presence
Experience in SaaS, sustainability, ESG, supply chain, or regulatory topics is a bonus, but not required
Technical / Methodological SkillsExperience working with CRM systems and sequencing tools
Proven ability to engage prospects professionally across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Strong qualification skills and good commercial judgment
Ability to structure outreach around accounts, stakeholders, buying committees, and conversion potential
Ways of Working & MindsetA proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
