Role Overview – Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise Retail)

careerzynith is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Success team. This senior‑level position will be based primarily in Bentonville, AR (or Dallas, TX with regular travel to Bentonville) and will report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Success. You will own the end‑to‑end success of one of our largest retail accounts, acting as the trusted advisor, strategic planner, and execution lead for all initiatives that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.

The role blends strategic account management, technical discovery, and cross‑functional project leadership.
