Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a multi‑year roadmap for adversarial abuse detection and mitigation, aligning with careerzynith’s broader Trust & Safety objectives.
- Team Management: Lead a global, 24‑hour operation consisting of abuse analysts, data scientists, engineers, and product partners. Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent across diverse locations.
