As a team we take enormous pride in the quality of our work, and our people come to work because they enjoy being part of the Avolve family and helping our customers to create safe and thriving communities.  Position Summary:  Avolve is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Public Sector to lead and scale our B2G demand generation and go‑to‑market efforts across state and local government markets. This role requires deep expertise in public‑sector marketing, demand generation strategy, and integrated campaign execution that drives measurable pipeline growth.  Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll serve as a key growth marketing leader, collaborating closely with Sales, BDRs, Product, Customer Success, and Partner Managers to develop and execute high‑impact programs aligned to government buying cycles. You’ll set strategy, drive best practices, and roll up your sleeves to execute—balancing independent problem‑solving with team‑driven innovation to strengthen Avolve’s market leadership in the public sector.  Responsibilities:  The following list outlines key responsibilities and day-to-day activities associated with this role. Responsibilities may evolve over time based on team needs, individual strengths, and organizational priorities.  Strategy & Pipeline Ownership  Own public sector marketing pipeline performance across new business acquisition and existing customer growth/expansion, from strategy through MQL delivery, influence on revenue, and reporting   Develop integrated B2G go‑to‑market strategies aligned to new logo acquisition, upsell/cross sell opportunities, and multiyear expansion within existing customers   Build segment specific strategies that support different motions: net new demand, customer adoption, expansion, and partner led opportunities   Translate complex government technology and services into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to buyers, users, and partners across the customer lifecycle  Plan and execute partner‑aligned growth initiatives across permitting and services partners, including platform partners (e.g., Esri, Microsoft), systems integrators, and professional services firms, from campaign strategy through measurement.  Campaign Execution & Optimization  Plan, execute, and continuously optimize multichannel, full funnel campaigns supporting:   New business demand generation  Customer retention, adoption, and expansion  Partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline  Design and manage targeted nurture programs for key public sector personas, customer segments, and lifecycle stages with paid advertising, email marketing, events, and more  Support event, field, and customer marketing initiatives with tightly aligned pre and post event campaigns   Make data informed decisions on campaign prioritization, investment, and optimization with a high degree of autonomy  Sales & Cross Functional Partnership  Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to align messaging, enable outreach, and support opportunity acceleration  Collaborate with Product, Customer, and Operations teams to ensure messaging reflects real customer outcomes and market needs  Support partner marketing initiatives with government platform and services partners  Analytics, Tools & Leadership  Own campaign performance measurement, reporting, and optimization using HubSpot and related analytics tools  Present marketing strategy, performance, and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence  Proactively identify gaps, opportunities, and risks within the public sector go‑to‑market motion and take ownership of solutions   Drive best practices in marketing automation, segmentation, and ABM workflows  Mentor and guide other marketing team members as the function continues to scale  Qualifications:   We recognize that no candidate will meet every single qualification listed below. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building a team that reflects a variety of backgrounds and strengths.  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.  7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with direct B2G / public sector marketing experience required  Proven success driving pipeline and MQLs in a government or GovTech environment  Strong experience with demand generation, ABM, and multichannel campaign execution  Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and campaign messaging  Highly organized, data driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from idea to execution   Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior leaders, cross functional partners, or external audiences  Preferred Qualifications  Experience marketing SaaS or technology solutions to state and local government agencies  Familiarity with public sector procurement processes and extended buying cycles  Experience mentoring other marketers  Advanced reporting and analytics skills (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards)  Benefits:  We offer a competitive salary along with a generous and comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.  Group Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance  401k  Unlimited Vacation  Paid Sick Leave & Holidays    Compensation: Avolve is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices, and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive.
