Role Overview

You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and organizational design.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs, develop headcount plans, and align workforce strategy with product roadmaps and market demands.
- Talent Acquisition Leadership: Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams to design compelling recruitment campaigns, ensure a seamless hiring experience, and meet aggressive hiring targets for remote data entry roles.
