Your expertise will be vital in working with middleware technologies and databases to produce comprehensive technical specifications for integration services.</p> <p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Lead implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and manage project needs.</li> <li>Review and enhance existing programs to improve operational efficiency and adapt to new requirements.</li> <li>Take charge of resolving issues and defects identified during testing, providing independent solutions as necessary.</li> <li>Gather business requirements and create detailed specifications.</li> <li>Drive the development and debugging of software utilizing Java/J2EE technologies.</li> <li>Develop software using modern web technologies including AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.</li> <li>Work alongside Business Analysts to design and deploy database schemas while defining database table attributes.</li> <li>Participate in strategic planning initiatives and propose innovative solutions.</li> <li>Provide on-call support for production systems.</li> <li>Engage in database application development using SQL and JDBC.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley process documentation requirements.</li> <li>Mentor and guide junior developers, assisting them with technical challenges.</li> </ul> <p><b>Job Qualifications</b></p> <p><b>Education:</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li> </ul> <p><b>Required Experience:</b></p> <ul> <li>5+ years as a Java Developer.</li> <li>Proven expertise in software development methodologies and best practices.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban), JSP/Servlet frameworks, Microservices, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, and Test-Driven Development with tools like JUnit.</li> <li>Proficiency with modern IDEs and Git version control.</li> <li>Experience developing web applications using Java technologies including JDBC, JSP, JSF, and servlets.</li> <li>Excellent multitasking abilities and self-motivation.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills and capability to teach others.</li> <li>Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication abilities, both verbal and written.</li> </ul> <p><b>Compensation Range:</b> The salary range for this position is $105,716-$132,144, based on factors such as location, experience, and market conditions.</p> <p><b>Working Days:</b> Hours and shifts will be determined based on business requirements.</p> <p><b>Application Window:</b> We encourage you to apply promptly.
