Role Overview

The Enterprise Customer Success organization at careerzynith serves as the cornerstone of long‑term partnerships with our enterprise clients. As the Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead a high‑performing, globally distributed team of customer success professionals. This is a full‑time, salaried position. The role requires alignment with the Eastern Time Zone to facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders across the Americas and Europe.
