Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Analysis & Planning
- Directly contribute to sales and margin objectives in assigned product categories through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Analyze relevant market data and integrate findings and recommendations into Category Plans, including optimal SKU mix, loyalty program enhancements, and promotional strategies
- Drive strategic execution of daily planogram activities, including off-shelf plan development, promotional period tracking, and post-promotion analysis to implement corrective actions when necessary
Collaborative Business Intelligence
- Partner effectively with careerzynith's internal team of experts in Inventory, Pricing, Promotion, Finance, Store Brands, Store Design, Marketing, and Store Operations
- Analyze sales records and inventory levels of current stock to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape; proactively seek out new competitive opportunities and make strategic recommendations
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay current with market changes, industry trends, and evolving consumer preferences
- Research customer product preferences, supplier pricing dynamics, and the competitive environment
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable business strategies for careerzynith clients
Quality Assurance & Process Optimization
- Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity in all marketing materials and reports
- Develop standardized processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
