Key Responsibilities
- Property Listing Creation & Management: Gather, verify, and input comprehensive property details from internal documents, client‑provided spreadsheets, and public web sources into careerzynith’s Property Management System (PMS) and channel‑management tools.
- API Data Extraction & Integration: Connect to client‑supplied REST APIs, retrieve JSON/XML payloads, and translate raw data into structured listings using tools such as Postman and custom scripts.
- Copywriting & Content Optimization: Craft concise, engaging descriptions for amenities, house rules, and local attractions; select high‑resolution images that highlight unique property features.
- Multilingual Translation: Accurately translate listing content between English and Spanish, ensuring cultural relevance and SEO best practices for each language.
