Description:
• Own the end-to-end quoting process and approval workflows across direct and channel sales motions.
• Design and operationalize amendment paths for SaaS, usage-based, and services offerings.
• Maintain a clean, compliant product catalog in Salesforce for quoting and provisioning.
• Oversee automated integration from CPQ to NetSuite for order creation and fulfillment.
• Lead system releases, user acceptance testing, communication, training, and documentation for new processes and features.
• Partner with Finance, Security, and Legal to meet SOC 1 / SOC 2 and internal control requirements.
• Manage the Quote-to-Order roadmap across Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and NetSuite integrations.
• Translate business rules into CPQ configurations such as bundles, rules, discount schedules, templates, and approval chains.
• Lead cross-functional governance across Rev Ops, Deal Desk, Product, and Finance.
• Monitor process health metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years of experience in CPQ administration with hands-on configuration and program management experience.
• Experience serving as the lead CPQ Administrator.
• Deep understanding of amendment logic, revenue implications, and ERP integrations.
• Experience supporting processes under SOC 1 / SOC 2 compliance, including internal controls, audit documentation, and access governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification required.
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator certification required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform concepts and development, including Apex, JavaScript, controllers, triggers, configuration, LWC, Salesforce Flows, batch processes, Lightning, SOQL, REST APIs, and web services.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect certification preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect certification preferred.
