Service Desk Consultant

You are the central point of contact for our customers and always have an open ear for their requests.
As an interface between the Service Desk and internal 2nd or 3rd level support teams, you ensure smooth operations.
You proactively monitor and maintain the ongoing operation of infrastructures – always keeping the overview.
You prioritize and coordinate incoming tasks such as incidents, problems, service requests, and changes.
Your Talents:
Professional experience in a Help Desk environment
Service- and customer-oriented mindset, along with strong communication skills
Very good German skills and at least B1-level English (for everyday communication, both written and spoken)
Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts (from home office)
Proactive team communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to both give and receive positive as well as constructive feedback
