Summary of the Role
Netchex is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to analyze SaaS metrics, build financial models, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to support business decisions
Track and report on key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and gross margins
Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations of performance against plan
Support pricing, investment, and cost optimization decisions
Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
· 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related field
· Experience in SaaS or technology companies strongly preferred
· Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (experience with financial systems a plus)
· Solid understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, etc.)
· Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
· Strong communication skills with ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
· Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
· MBA, CPA, or CFA (preferred, not required)
