About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them through adoption, expansion, and long‑term success on our AI‑driven supply chain platform. Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end customer journey: Drive adoption, increase usage, and ensure retention and satisfaction for each assigned account.

Essential Qualifications
