Responsibilities

Provide destination information and travel suggestions to support client decision-making
Help manage reservation requests, confirmations, and itinerary details
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online communication platforms
Maintain organized records of client information and travel plans
Participate in training programs and ongoing educational opportunities
