Job Description:
• Visiting dog and cat breeders/shelters/rescues/trainers in person within assigned territory
• Educate/train prospective customers on brand benefits – close with a sale of product
• Drive compliance of newly created recommendation portal/PRO App
• Achieve all KPIs as assigned for territory growth
• Attend/plan/organize events (dog/cat shows, etc) across U.S. (even outside assigned territory as needed) as defined – min. 12 events per calendar year
• Act as brand ambassador at all times
• Learn, understand and promote Farmina full catalog
Requirements:
• 4+ years of outside sales experience OR equivalent relevant experience in the animal health industry
• Comfort in managing large territory.
• Overnights/weekend travel required
• Reliable personal vehicle able to be utilized for territory management
• Ability to work independently, entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong relationship building skills
• Breeding/Shelter work experience preferred
• Live within 30 miles of major airport
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
