We are currently seeking reliable and service-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team as Travel Client Care Advisors. In this role, you will support clients with travel planning assistance, booking coordination, and customer care while helping ensure a smooth and organized experience throughout the reservation process.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, managing details, and communicating professionally in a remote work environment. No prior travel industry background is required, as training and continued support are provided.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with arranging vacations, cruises, resorts, hotel stays, and other travel experiences
Research travel options, accommodations, transportation, and package opportunities using approved booking resources
Review reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details for accuracy
Provide clients with travel support and recommendations based on their preferences, schedules, and budget needs
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
Handle booking updates, itinerary changes, and customer service-related requests
Maintain organized travel records, customer information, and booking documentation
Participate in online training sessions, team meetings, and professional development programs
