We're a remote travel team hiring a Travel Customer Service Representative to support our clients throughout every stage of their travel experience, from initial booking through post-trip follow-up.
You'll be the voice of our team, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure every traveler feels informed and taken care of. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and full training provided from day one. Prior travel industry experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging systems
Process itinerary changes, cancellations, and special travel accomodations
Provide accurate guidance on travel requirements and agency policies
Conduct proactive check-ins with clients ahead of travel dates
Efficiently manage and resolve customer concerns with professionalism

Experience in customer support, hospitality, or tourism preferred
