Travel & Expense Analyst

Travel & Expense Analyst Remote - Colombia    ONLY CVs SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED   About the Role The Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst position reports to the Senior Director of Treasury. The T&E Analyst’s principal responsibility will be to manage the daily operations of the T&E program at Blackboard. This includes, but is not limited to, approving expense reports, managing global card programs both domestically and internationally, and reconciling T&E charges in our expense travel tool, Concur. In addition, the position will manage travel for the company and work closely with the Senior Travel & Expense Analyst.    Responsibilities Assisting the Senior Analyst of Travel and Expense with managing the Global Corporate T&E program   Researching and reconciling corporate credit card charges and Concur accounts daily for both domestic and international employees   Monitoring compliance with Blackboard Global T&E Policy, corporate card, and expense reporting policies and procedures   Providing support for the Concur Expense Reimbursement platform and Corporate Travel and Expense Card programs for US, Canada, Australia, and Europe   Providing direction to employees on proper usage of Concur and Corporate Cards   Providing timely resolution of employee inquiries   Analyzing corporate card account delinquencies and managing escalations to resolve   Providing guidance to employees on proper expense & corporate card policies and procedures   Escalating policy concerns and violations to employees and management as necessary   Monitoring payroll notifications for employee cardholder transfers and terminations   Managing card account limits, authorization declines and payment issues   Coordinating, processing and approving corporate card applications     Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree   At least 1 year of relevant professional experience   Strong knowledge of credit card products and travel and expense processing   Strong knowledge of Concur   Excellent problem solving and organization skills   Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills   Strong oral and written communication skills   Prior experience in a large corporate environment with employees located globally   Proficient in Excel    Fluency in written and spoken English at CEFR B2 level or above           About Blackboard Blackboard advances teaching excellence and unlocks the full potential of technology to deliver meaningful outcomes.
