About This Opportunity
We're currently expanding our remote travel team and looking for individuals who enjoy assisting others, organizing details, and creating positive customer experiences. As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you'll help clients plan and prepare personalized vacations while supporting them throughout the booking and travel preparation process.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication-focused work, learning about destinations, and helping travelers bring their vacation ideas to life. From relaxing beach stays to cruises and international trips, you'll assist with a variety of travel experiences while working remotely with a flexible schedule. Training and ongoing support are provided from the start.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with coordinating travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
Help travelers compare destination options based on interests, schedules, and budgets
Provide trip-planning support and general travel information throughout the booking process
Communicate with clients through email, phone, messaging systems, and online platforms
Coordinate reservation details and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners
Maintain organized itinerary records and accurate client information within internal systems
Stay informed about current travel opportunities, promotions, and destination updates
Support travelers from the inquiry stage through finalized travel arrangements
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, or customer support services
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a remote work environment
Ability to work independently and stay detail-oriented
Familiarity with computers, web-based systems, and online communication tools
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved region
Previous travel industry experience is not required onboarding and training are available
