Role Summary
We're currently expanding our virtual travel support group and are looking for proactive, people-focused individuals to step into the role of Travel Experience Specialist. In this position, you'll assist travelers throughout their planning journey by helping organize arrangements, sharing timely updates, and ensuring each step of their trip preparation moves forward smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to gather trip preferences, timelines, and planning priorities
Help coordinate reservations for lodging, transportation options, and activities
Provide progress updates as travel arrangements move through confirmation stages
Reference approved partner systems to review destination services and availability
Respond to traveler questions across email, messaging tools, and occasional phone support
Assist with adjustments when plans change or updates are requested
Maintain accurate planning notes within internal coordination platforms
Participate in virtual orientation sessions and ongoing skill-building opportunities
