Responsibilities
Assist clients with selecting travel arrangements that fit their needs and preferences
Coordinate reservations for accommodations, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
Review travel options using approved booking systems and supplier resources
Answer client questions and provide information regarding destinations and travel services
Process reservation requests and verify booking details
Support itinerary updates and travel-related adjustments when needed
Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications
Participate in virtual workshops, team meetings, and training programs
Stay informed about supplier promotions, travel updates, and industry developments
Qualifications
