As we continue to grow our global delivery capability, we’re looking for an experienced F&B leader to support the delivery of world-class catering experiences across our international events portfolio.
We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Director, based in the United States to lead the planning, oversight and execution of food & beverage across a portfolio of large-scale, global live events.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role working across projects ranging from 100 to 20,000+ attendees, with responsibility for budgets from $100K to $12M+.
You’ll partner closely with internal teams, clients and suppliers to design and deliver exceptional culinary experiences, while ensuring strong financial control, operational excellence and consistency in delivery.
What you'll be doing
F&B Strategy & Delivery
Plan, oversee and execute Food & Beverage delivery across large-scale live events
Design and curate menus, beverage programmes and culinary experiences aligned to audience, region and event objectives
Ensure all F&B delivery meets the highest standards of quality, creativity and execution
Provide on-site leadership across all phases of event delivery (build, live, breakdown)
Budget & Commercial Management
Own and manage F&B budgets ranging from $100K to $12M+
Ensure strong financial control, forecasting and reporting across projects
Negotiate supplier contracts to deliver best value and commercial outcomes
Proactively identify and manage financial risks and opportunities
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
Build and manage relationships with global catering partners, venues and suppliers
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on expectations and delivery
Ensure clear communication and seamless coordination across all stakeholders
Team Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
Support and guide project teams in delivering F&B to the highest standard
Contribute to the development of processes, playbooks and best practice
Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement across F&B delivery
What you will bring
Proven experience delivering F&B for large-scale live events (100 – 20,000+ attendees)
Strong background in F&B consultancy, ideally within an agency environment
Demonstrated experience owning and managing large budgets ($100K – $12M+)
Hands-on on-site event delivery experience in complex, fast-paced environments
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including supplier negotiation and contract management
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication and relationship management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high levels of ownership
Willingness and ability to travel internationally throughout the year

Compensation: $125,000 - $140,000 Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
