100% Remote | Work with U.S.-Based Team & Clients | Advanced English Required
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-driven UX & Production Designer to support integrated marketing campaigns for our university partners.
This is a fully remote position where you will collaborate daily with a U.S.-based team and stakeholders. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is a strict requirement, as you will participate in creative reviews, strategy discussions, and client-facing communications.
Reporting to the Art Director, this is a cross-functional role where you will bring multiple brand identities to life through high-quality design execution across digital and print channels.

What You’ll Do
Visual Design & Creative Execution
• Develop high-quality visual assets across multiple marketing channels, including:
• Paid media ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)
• Brochures and print collateral
• Webinar presentations and decks
• Social media content
• Design visually engaging layouts optimized for platform requirements, accessibility standards, and audience behavior.
• Adapt core creative concepts into multiple formats and sizes for performance marketing campaigns.
UX & Digital Experience Support
• Contribute to user-centered digital experiences with a strong understanding of:
• Visual hierarchy
• Readability
• User flow
• Accessibility best practices
• Maintain and expand design systems in Figma to ensure consistency, scalability, and usability.
• Apply responsive design principles to ensure seamless experiences across devices and platforms.
Production & Asset Optimization
• Prepare final production files for print and digital distribution, ensuring all technical specifications are met (resolution, color profiles, bleed, margins, etc.).
• Ensure assets are fully optimized for paid and organic campaigns.
• Maintain quality control across all deliverables before release.
File Management & Organization
• Develop and follow structured naming conventions and documentation processes.
• Ensure all project files are properly labeled, archived, and accessible for cross-functional teams.
• Proactively manage asset libraries, templates, and evolving style guides.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Editors, UX Strategists, and Project Managers.
• Participate actively in creative reviews, internal meetings, and strategic discussions.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to continuously elevate creative output.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English during team and client interactions.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of professional design experience (UX, digital, or production design)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
• Advanced English level (written and verbal) – mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and production accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership of deliverables
• Creative thinker with a continuous learning mentality
• Experience in illustration and/or video production is a plus
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environments
