Vice President – Account Management

Job Description: • Own overall relationship health, retention, and growth for assigned strategic provider accounts • Lead executive-level engagement and multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations • Develop and execute account strategies aligned to customers’ business objectives, market dynamics, and growth initiatives • Drive renewals, renegotiations, and expansion opportunities in partnership with GTM and Finance • Champion adoption of Datavant’s digital solutions, global workflows, and modernized operating models • Proactively identify account risk and lead resolution of high-impact customer issues • Translate operational performance into clear, value-based narratives for senior customer stakeholders • Partner closely with Service Delivery to ensure transparency, alignment, and issue resolution • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Implementation, and Marketing to deliver on customer commitments • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM documentation Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • 8–12+ years experience in healthcare account management, strategic sales, or services • Proven success managing large, complex provider or enterprise customer relationships • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Demonstrated commercial acumen, including renewals, pricing, and margin considerations • Deep understanding of healthcare provider environments and HIPAA-regulated services • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to travel up to 50–75% Benefits: • Post-offer health screenings • Proof of vaccinations such as flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19 • Individual considerations for exemption based on various conditions • Equal Employment Opportunity employer • Top compensation package for high-growth, high-performance individuals
