Job Description:
• Adjust demand packages based on attorney direction and coverage limits.
• Prepare complete demand packages for attorney review.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, liability, and demand submissions.
• Verify accuracy of financial information, including medical costs, out-of-pocket expenses, and insurance payments.
• Submit approved demand packages to insurance adjusters.
• Collect, verify, and document required personal, medical, and insurance information.
• Use case management software (for example, Filevine, Clio, Mycase).
• Drafting legal documents including Letters of Protection.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for more than 100 active personal injury clients.
• Conduct consistent follow-up outreach based on the stage of each case.
• Manage approximately 45–50 calls per week and 200+ emails/messages per week.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain self‑driven.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to follow structured, established processes.
• Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in high‑stress situations.
