* Manage a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by the client to ensure a smooth learning curve
* Manage Apple Connect and Google Play Console for App store management, without coding responsibilities
* Manage Test Flight for App testing and quality assurance
* Utilize project management and customer service lead experience to drive success and improve processes
* Demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities
* Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Stay tech-savvy and adapt to new tools and technologies
* Work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and organization
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or a related field
