Position: Virtual Event Planner – Corporate Events
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 Years in Event Planning or Virtual Event Management
Salary Range: $65,000–$80,000 per year + Benefits + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and execute virtual corporate events from concept to completion
• Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, budget, and audience needs
• Select and manage virtual event platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Hopin, ON24, etc.)
• Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, and technical rehearsal schedules
• Oversee speaker coordination, presentation materials, and session recordings
• Manage event registration, attendee engagement tools, and post-event surveys
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth event execution
• Prepare post-event reports, analytics, and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications & Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience planning and executing virtual or hybrid corporate events
• Strong knowledge of virtual event platforms and digital engagement tools
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and customer service focus
