About the Role & Hiring Manager
I joined Zenity because the opportunity to define an entirely new security category doesn't come around often, and when it does, you dive in. As a leader, I'm results-driven at my core, and those results are achieved through ownership, striving for excellence, and accountability.
Our team moves with urgency, velocity, and intention, and I expect results over everything else. That means real ownership, proactive communication, and a customer-first mindset that keeps us grounded in what actually matters.
This is the person who owns the integrated ecosystem that defines how Zenity leads its category.
Product & Partner Marketing build on that engine. Product Marketing makes sure Zenity is understood by buyers. Partner Marketing carries that narrative into every alliance and co-sell motion
Zenity Labs is the engine. Researching what the market doesn't know yet. Sending signals back into the product roadmap. Labs doesn't follow the story, it helps write it.
This person directly helps position Zenity not just as a vendor, but as a shaping force in the communities that define how agentic AI is governed, ensuring Product & Partner Marketing are not separate functions, but one motion with one purpose: category leadership.
Agentic AI is moving fast. The window to own this category is now. This person doesn't wait for the market to catch up, they stay ahead of it.

Multiple tours of duty in startup PMM. Has scaled product marketing functions at early and growth-stage companies and knows how to take a strong foundation further and faster

Has extended a product narrative through partner ecosystems and knows how to operate across distributed, global teams
The Skill Set

Commercially sharp with a clear point of view on how narrative connects to pipeline, revenue, and partner-led growth
Builds AI agents and marketing workflows, not just uses AI tools, scales output without scaling headcount
Moves with extreme velocity and earns influence through the quality of the work, not the org line
The Leadership
