We're pre-seed, venture-backed, and closing our first enterprise pilots.
We're looking for a builder who has operated at the intersection of enterprise sales, workforce transformation, and learning solutions — someone who can own revenue architecture from zero, shape our GTM narrative, and open doors with CHROs, CLOs, and C-suite buyers at mid-market and Fortune 500 companies.
This is an equity-based founding team role. If you're at a point where you want to build something category-defining rather than grow someone else's empire, this is it.
What You'll Own
• Full revenue function: enterprise pipeline, partner ecosystem, and corporate enrollment strategy
• GTM architecture — ICP definition, outbound motion, deal structure, and channel strategy
• Strategic partnerships with enterprise buyers, workforce development orgs, and learning technology platforms
• Diagnostic and advisory tools that help enterprises assess AI workforce readiness — a GenAIx differentiator
• Voice in product direction: translate market signals from the field into curriculum and platform decisions
• Revenue modeling and forecasting in partnership with the CEO through Series A
The Profile We're Looking For
• 7–12+ years in enterprise B2B growth, workforce solutions, or corporate learning — ideally both
• Experience selling to and advising C-level executives (CHRO, CLO, COO, CFO) on workforce strategy
• Background at a research/advisory firm, workforce SaaS, or corporate education platform (Gartner, Deloitte, Degreed, Cornerstone, etc.) is a strong signal
• Track record of building enterprise partnerships and scaling revenue in a new or emerging category
• Skilled at translating market pain into product narrative — you're a thought leader, not just a closer
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and building systems from scratch in a pre-seed environment
• Genuine conviction about where AI is taking the workforce — and what organizations need to do about it
