**Your Role:**
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Handling Incoming Calls:** Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing effective resolutions and exceeding customer expectations.

* **Typing Speed:** Achieve a typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
* **Hardwired Internet Connection:** Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
* **Secure Work Area:** Have a secure, private work area at home.
* **Flexible Availability:** Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
