Job Responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the designated area. * Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including engaging with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies. * Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular visits, effective communication, and providing excellent service. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, effectively communicating product features and benefits. * Manage and track sales performance, preparing regular reports for management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. * Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables within the assigned territory. * Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to support product launches and promotional activities. * Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as required. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 2-4 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. * Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and industry regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
