Call Center Representative

Red Rocks Credit Union is dedicated to enriching lives through their banking services. They are seeking a Call Center Representative to serve as a financial guide, assist members with their inquiries, and ensure high standards of service in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial guide, helping members solve problems and achieve their financial goals
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and online communications with professionalism and care
• Process transactions, verify member identity, and provide accurate account information
• Open deposit accounts and refer members for loan products
• Resolve complaints and disputes according to policies
• Maintain call center standards (hold times, handle times, service levels)
• Build personalized member relationships through active listening and expert guidance
• Assist with remote requests such as wire transfers, account closures, and service tasks
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
