Position Overview – Remote (West Coast – PST or MST)

The Customer Success Manager will be a pivotal member of careerzynith’s growth engine. As the platform’s adoption expands, the value delivered to customers grows exponentially. Your mission will be to drive adoption, expand usage across multiple functions, and ensure that each customer realizes the full potential of careerzynith’s automation capabilities. You will partner closely with Sales, Support, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to create a seamless, end‑to‑end experience from onboarding through renewal.
