Role Overview

careerzynith is seeking a Portfolio Customer Success Manager to lead strategic success initiatives across a portfolio of high‑value, complex customers. In this role you will be the trusted advisor who drives deep product adoption, maximizes utilization, and accelerates both retention and expansion of careerzynith solutions. You will orchestrate cross‑functional programs that align customer outcomes with careerzynith’s growth objectives, ensuring every interaction adds measurable value.

About the Team

Our Global Customer Success team is a high‑performing, customer‑centric group that sits within the broader Customer Experience organization. Together we own Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), expansion, and long‑term success through proactive engagement and partnership. We collaborate closely with the Renewals team to guarantee seamless lifecycle management and deliver quantifiable business outcomes.
