Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and tech‑savvy Customer Support Specialist (Part‑Time) to join our dedicated Customer Support Team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers navigating the careerzynith experience—from unboxing the careerzynith Smart Oven to cooking a delicious careerzynith Meal. Your mission is to deliver timely, friendly, and solution‑oriented support across chat, email, and phone channels, while capturing valuable insights that drive product enhancements.

This part‑time position offers flexible remote work, with scheduled shifts between 9:00 am – 9:00 pm Central Time (including weekends) during our peak season from mid‑November through the end of December. Hours can be adjusted to meet business needs, and exceptional performers may be considered for a full‑time role after the seasonal period.
