Compensation & Benefits Overview

Salary Range: $209,000 – $271,000 per year

Role Summary

This full‑time Engineering Manager role reports directly to the Director of Engineering, Customer Support and Services. You will lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional team of full‑stack engineers responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the tools that deliver world‑class support experiences to careerzynith’s expanding community of buyers and sellers.

We are looking for candidates based in the United States. Those living within commuting distance of careerzynith’s Brooklyn office hub or the San Francisco Bay Area will be given priority consideration. For team members near an office, careerzynith expects in‑office attendance once or twice per week, while also offering flexible remote work arrangements to accommodate a variety of personal and professional needs.
